About the Role
HireGummy is hiring for a fast-growing, founder-led healthcare and staffing company based in the U.S. We are on the lookout for a self-starting, relentless, and highly organized Healthcare Staffing Recruiter who can source, screen, and place top-tier clinical talent — think RNs, PTs, OTs, and Center Managers — like it’s second nature.
You’ll be working directly with a dual-business founder who’s all-in on outsourcing and wants ONE go-to recruiting partner for both her staffing and healthcare companies. Experience with recruiting across platforms like LinkedIn and hiring boards is a must.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and final candidate presentation
- Specialize in recruiting clinical and admin roles in healthcare (e.g., RNs, PTs, OTs, Inventory Accountants, Center Managers)
- Build candidate pipelines from scratch (no spoon-feeding here), with a strong focus on on-site placements
- Deliver high-conversion candidate slates quickly and with high quality

- Have 2+ years of experience recruiting in the medical or healthcare space (agencies or internal)
- Are resourceful — you make things happen even with limited tools
- Thrive in high-growth, founder-led environments
- Can manage multiple open roles without dropping balls or losing your cool
- Communicate like a pro (Slack, email, async updates, all of it)
- Understand cultural fit for both healthcare AND staffing orgs
- Believe in building long-term client relationships over transactional recruiting
