We are hiring a Remote Administrative Assistant for a client who requires a detail-oriented professional to handle inbound calls, emails, data entry, and general office support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain records, update databases, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Assist with scheduling, document management, and office coordination.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, and general office documentation.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments and provide administrative support.

Qualifications / Requirements 

  • Basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and email handling.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Experience in data entry & record management with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior admin or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Must have a stable internet connection, a headset, and a laptop for this role.
